Coaching for Individuals

After working with all types of clients including entrepreneurs, leaders at large national organizations, big career changes, and management consultants, I have learned that you cannot take a "one-size fits all approach" to coaching. Instead, I build a unique package and plan that will best fit your needs. 


What does coaching look like?  You can expect:

Accountability Tactics

To help you mindfully stay on track to your goals. May include:

  • Journal prompts and activities

  • Project plans and key dates

  • Status update emails 

One-On-One Coaching

The type and duration of coaching may change based on your goals. May include:

  • Business or leadership coaching 

  • Goal-setting coaching sessions

  • Project management sessions 

Ongoing Support

There may be times outside of coaching sessions when you need support.  May include:

  • Ongoing email or text support

  • Phone chats

  • Sharing of resources / books

Steps to Work with Me

Sometimes, we need a little help to get where we want at work and in life. Together, we can make change happen to ensure you find your confidence and step into next phase of life. You have big goals, and the capacity to achieve them; I can facilitate the journey.

Introductory Call

Submit a request online to meet with me. We will schedule a time together to have a complimentary 30-minute call.

Discovery Session

A 60 minute intake call will be scheduled. We will use this time to dive into your goals in order to identify which package is best suited for you.

Build and Sign Agreement

A bespoke contract will be built based on your needs and goals. Once signed, it is time to start taking action towards your future-self.
